Why we exist
AI agents are becoming critical infrastructure. They handle customer support, process documents, make decisions, and orchestrate complex workflows. But the tooling for testing and monitoring them hasn't kept up. Traditional APM tools weren't designed for non-deterministic, multi-step AI workflows where the execution path changes on every run.
We're building what we call “Datadog for AI agents” — a single platform that combines tracing, evaluation, drift detection, prompt management, and real-time monitoring. Our goal is to make AI reliability as natural and expected as unit testing. Instrument once, evaluate continuously, catch regressions before your users do.
