By using 2signal ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

2signal provides a testing and reliability platform for AI agents. This includes trace ingestion, evaluation, analytics, and related developer tools.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you send to 2signal. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your trace data, agent code, or evaluation results.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
